JS GOURMET FOODS
James and Jean do a fabulous job looking after us here at the bugle. All our sausages are hand made by James, when we come unstuck on stock they are always there help. Meet them at Hillier's Garden Centre where they have a fabulous range of local meats, eggs etc.
HILL FARM APPLE JUICE (Swanmore)
Will Dobson is behind this family owned and run business, helped by a team of local staff. Apple juice has been pressed at Hill Farm since the 1970's as part of a substantial fruit farm supplying apples and pears to the supermarkets.
Hill Farm is located in the South Downs National Park about 8 miles from Winchester; here there is a micro-climate which (conveniently) is beneficial to the growing of excellent apples and pears. A perfect spot for juice making, and lovely to live in too.

Pig’n’Pickles is a small company based on the edge of the New Forest, making homemade chutney to an exceptional standard.
Started in October 2009 by Trevor Prince after deciding to quit his career in retail management in search of a more rewarding occupation AND a better quality of life! Passionate about good food our philosophy is that all our products are made in a domestic kitchen in small batches only with fresh ingredients and no artificial additives or preservatives.
